With a strong pipeline of large-scale, technically complex projects underway, we are seeking a Project Administrator to join our Data Centre project team. Working closely with our Project Managers and Delivery teams, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration and coordination of project documentation, permits, and compliance submissions.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where attention to detail, organisation, and clear communication are key. You’ll be part of a driven, supportive team passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes while maintaining Kapitol’s reputation for excellence.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare, coordinate, and submit permissions work, access permits, and related documentation for live environments.
  • Liaise between project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure submissions are accurate and on time.
  • Assist in compiling construction submissions and tracking key deliverables.
  • Maintain project records, documentation, and compliance registers.
  • Support project managers in monitoring costs, budgets, and reporting.
  • Facilitate communication across internal teams and external partners.

What you’ll bring:

You’re a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving construction environment. You bring strong administrative and coordination skills, with the confidence to liaise effectively across all levels of a project team.

  • Previous experience in a construction or engineering project environment preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Sound understanding of project documentation, compliance, and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems.
