About the Role (6-month Contract)

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, the Change & Communications Advisor will work directly with functional leaders across Safety, Quality, Design, Commercial, and Project Management to translate process improvements into practical, day-to-day actions.

This is a hands-on role focused on helping teams implement change effectively and sustainably.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with functional leads to plan, implement, and sequence process improvements in day-to-day operations
  • Facilitate workshops, team sessions, and discussions to draw out key actions and behaviours from leaders
  • Coach functional leads on communicating and driving change effectively within their teams
  • Translate process updates into clear, practical messaging and rollout plans, and develop simple tools to support leaders
  • Support adoption of new ways of working, anticipate challenges, and follow up to ensure changes are embedded successfully
  • Provide hands-on support where needed, helping operational teams make improvements work in practice


About You

  • Demonstrated experience delivering change in operational or technical environments, such as construction, engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, or other large-scale, project-based settings
  • Able to translate process improvements into practical actions that teams can adopt quickly
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills to help leaders implement change

  • Comfortable operating in a pragmatic, hands-on delivery environment
  • Able to take ownership and influence leaders and teams effectively
