With a strong and growing pipeline of work, we are seeking talented and driven Project Coordinators / Senior Project Coordinators or Project Engineers to join our team across a diverse range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Aviation, Sports & Recreation, Education, Infrastructure, Defence, and High-Tech Industrial.

In this role, you will support the delivery of projects through coordination of scope, subcontractor management, stakeholder communications, and procurement across a variety of project types and stages. You will be part of a collaborative project team, contributing to the delivery of a range of projects across our diverse portfolio. You will take responsibility for coordinating trade packages and support the mentoring and development of junior team members, including Graduates.

This position requires a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, along with experience working on commercial construction or infrastructure projects.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver exceptional outcomes to customers on time, on budget and to the highest quality and safety standards
• Manage project administration including correspondence, agendas and reports
• Coordinate, manage and build strong relationships with our Trade Partners
• Identify and manage risks and issues in liaison with Site Managers and Project Managers
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Trade Partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide regular and accurate reporting on project and risk status
• Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality and Design standards
• Assist CAs with variations and contract administration when required
• Support our Graduates and Cadets in their learning journey

What you’ll bring:

• A genuine passion for the Construction industry
• Tertiary qualified in Construction Management or a related discipline
• Experience as a Project Coordinator/ Site Engineer ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment
• Exposure to a variety of medium-to-large scale projects
• Strong track record of contributing to project delivery in alignment with schedules, budgets and customer expectations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Aconex, Visi build, Hammertech, and Co-Pilot
• Collaborative approach and focused upon teamwork
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
