As our sustained growth continues, we are looking for a driven and experienced Senior IT Technical Support Officer to join our team. You will be providing IT technical support on-site and remote to 250+ users across Australia, working with Managed Services Providers, other 3rd parties, and specialists. What you will do:

• On-site and remote technical support for hardware and software issues
• Effectively communicate technological matters in easy to understand terms
• Provide computer systems and cybersecurity training
• Identify and implement continuous improvement within the business via change management practices
• Configure, implement, and maintain the various IT infrastructure platforms, procedures, documentation, and training material
• Coordinate workstation deployment and configuration
• Organise and coordinate inventory of all hardware and software resources
• Aid monitoring, planning, and coordinating security measures to protect data, systems, and infrastructure
• Maintain relationships with third-party suppliers and outsourcing partners
• Escalate major incidents to appropriate specialists

What you will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related discipline or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years’ relevant experience in a similar role
• AV / Conferencing equipment experience in a MS environment
• Familiarity with MS Azure, Office 365, on-premises, and cloud infrastructure platforms
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Windows Desktop and Server, Networking, and Cloud Computing concepts
• Ability to read, analyse, and interpret system logs and reports whilst prioritising tasks and handling multiple projects simultaneously
• A proactive, can-do, positive attitude, great interpersonal skills to support technical/non-technical personnel
• Willingness to work flexibly on our construction sites throughout the typical working week, and outside of normal hours where required
