What You’ll Do:
The Trade Partner Onboarding Coordinator role requires close engagement with both internal and external stakeholders, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to ensure excellence in compliance, documentation, and client service.
- Track, Support & Audit the onboarding of Trade Partners on the Construction Projects
- As Trade Partner Onboarding Co-ordinator, you will work closely with our projects teams as Trade Partners are onboarded
- Drive improvements in our Trade Partner performance and adherence to our ways of working
- Develop tools and processes to track, support and audit the onboarding of Trade Partners at project in line with our vision to build the best buildings, do no harm, and improve the construction industry for a better life.
- Day-to-day you’ll work closely with teams across the business in particular the Project and Operations teams along with Commercial, Finance, Health & Safety and Quality
- We are looking for someone who has worked closely with Trade Partners (Vendors), onboarding process management, performance management & driving improvements.
- You will be process driven and have the ability and willingness to get out amongst different teams and lead by example.
Who You Are:
- You’re a detail-oriented professional with at least 5 years background in vendor (Trade Partner) systems within the Construction industry.
- A collaborative mindset and a focus on quality, you thrive in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively across stakeholders to resolve issues
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools and leveraging technology to drive efficiencies
- High levels of initiative, curiosity, and critical thinking
- A client-first mindset and proactive approach to service delivery
