With a growing portfolio of projects and increasing visibility across the industry, we’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to help shape how Kapitol tells its story.

In this role, you’ll lead our social media presence and content strategy – bringing creative ideas to life across digital platforms that showcase our people, projects, partnerships and culture. You’ll work closely with the various stakeholders to deliver authentic, engaging, and high-quality content that reflects who we are as a business.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and deliver a social media and content strategy that supports Kapitol’s brand and business goals.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels using Sked Social.
• Capture and produce video, photo, and written content that brings our stories to life.
• Manage our blog and website content, ensuring tone and messaging align with Kapitol’s brand voice.
• Respond to online engagement and foster a strong community presence.
• Analyse performance metrics and continuously improve our digital reach and engagement.
• Manage communications and audience segmentation through HubSpot, including newsletters and campaigns.
• Collaborate across teams to identify stories that celebrate innovation, culture and project milestones.

Who You Are:

• Highly experienced social media specialist with proven skills in engaging a mature audience within the construction sector.
• Collaborative style who can build and maintain relationships with each of the functional areas providing engaging content for them.
• Driven individual who will provide daily content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Blogging (including video) and long form content opportunities.
• Tasked with raising the focus of social content to shine a light on the Technical, Quality and Capability of Kaptiol’s project and teams.
