About the role:
We're seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our welcoming team at Juniper Gerdewoonem in Kununurra, Western Australia.

Reporting to the Residential Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership to a dedicated multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You'll mentor and support nursing teams, drive clinical excellence and play a key role in delivering outstanding care to older Australians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
- Conduct resident assessments, reviews and care planning to support positive health outcomes
- Coordinate the admission process and ongoing clinical care requirements for residents
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care services
- Support, mentor and develop the capability of nursing and care teams
- Monitor clinical quality, risk and compliance outcomes, including incident management and continuous improvement
Key requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
- Demonstrated leadership experience within aged care, residential care or a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance and care planning processes
- Experience with AN-ACC funding, assessments and documentation (desirable)
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to obtain all required clearances, including a National Police Clearance and Key Personnel checks
