At Juniper, we're transforming the way we support our people and deliver services across Western Australia. As one of WA's largest local not-for-profit aged care providers, we're committed to creating a workplace where our people can belong, grow and thrive.

About the role:

We're seeking an experienced People & Culture Transformation Lead to join our team on a 12-month full-time fixed-term contract, with the potential for permanency. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you'll lead enterprise-wide people and culture initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen workforce capability, and successfully deliver change across the organisation.

Partnering closely with leaders at all levels, you'll drive workforce transformation, influence business outcomes, and help create a positive, engaging and high-performing employee experience. Drawing on your extensive HR expertise, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, change management, and organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide workforce transformation and organizational change initiatives.
  • Deliver end-to-end project management from planning through to implementation and evaluation.
  • Develop change management strategies, communication plans and stakeholder engagement approaches.
  • Partner with executives and senior leaders to build change capability and successfully embed new ways of working.
  • Provide expert advice on industrial relations, consultation requirements and workforce impacts.
  • Prepare business cases, executive briefings and governance papers to support organizational decision making.
  • Work closely with the PMO and People and Culture team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within governance requirements and with lasting organizational benefits.

Key requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, People and Culture or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience leading complex organizational change or transformation projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing senior leaders.
  • Sound knowledge of Fair Work consultation requirements and industrial relations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative, people-centered approach with the ability to navigate complexity and support leaders through change.
  • Experience within aged care, healthcare, government or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
