Juniper is seeking a dedicated Retirement Living Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team at St David's Retirement Village, Mount Lawley, on a full-time permanent basis.

In this rewarding role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the village, ensuring customers enjoy a high standard of accommodation and services. You'll support customer wellbeing and independence, coordinate enquiries and transitions, manage unit resales, and maintain a strong onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Independent Living Unit enquiries, administration, customer transitions, welfare promotion, asset management, and budget planning
  • Manage the resale process of village units
  • Provide responsive support to customers and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements, including injury risk management
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-managed village environment

Key requirements:

  • Able to prioritise workload and appropriately allocate tasks
  • Effective communication skills
  • An understanding of working within customer service standards whilst maintaining a professional image
  • Leadership and motivation skills
  • Computer competent, including use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated understanding of continuous quality improvement
  • The ability to relate to and empathise with the elderly
  • Knowledge of OSH and legal requirements relating to the Retirement Villages legislation.
  • Experience in asset and property maintenance and management.
  • Experience in retirement village and/or aged care - desirable
  • Knowledge of Building Codes of Australia and Australian Standards - desirable
  • Relevant qualifications in business management or human services - desirable
  • Current WA driver’s license and reliable vehicle
