About Juniper:

At Juniper we are proud to be one of Western Australia’s biggest non-profit, local aged care providers, championing individualised care that keeps our customers connected to the people, passions and places they’ve always loved.

About the role and where you'll be working:

Located in a peaceful part of Albany, Juniper Korumup is a well-established aged care home providing culturally respectful and person-centred care for up to 72 residents. We’re deeply rooted in the local community and proud to offer a homely, supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued, and cared for—and where staff are truly appreciated.

In this rewarding role, you will be a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, resident-focused Occupational Therapy services to both residential and transitional care program customers. Transitional Care is a programme where customers come to the facility from hospital with a view to returning home after a period of rehabilitation of up to 12 weeks. Occupational therapy input is a vital part of this process including assessment of the home environment.

You will work closely with our residents and their families to conduct assessments, identify individual capabilities and preferences, and set realistic goals that help maintain or restore independence for all of our customers.

We offer permanent part-time or full-time positions, with up to 75 hours per fortnight available.
