About the Role

Juniper is seeking a passionate Customer Engagement Advisor to drive growth across our aged care services. This role combines strategic sales planning with empathetic customer service, helping families navigate aged care with confidence and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound sales plans to meet growth targets.
• Provide exceptional, personalised support to prospective customers and their families.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources, community networks, and internal teams.
• Monitor performance using CRM tools and report on sales activity.
• Ensure compliance with aged care regulations and WHS standards.
• Represent Juniper at industry events and community engagements.
• Conduct market reviews and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with accommodation and care teams to align customer experience across services.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in sales/customer experience, ideally in aged care or human services.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and tech-savvy skills.
• Knowledge of aged care systems and CRM platforms (desirable).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
