About the role and where you will be working:

Our residential care team at Juniper Bethshan are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to coordinate and lead the delivery of client-focused care on a permanent part-time basis.

Located in a peaceful environment in Katanning, Wagin with 26 rooms, the small residential aged care home has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Residents can freely personalise their rooms to make them feel just right. A compassionate and respectful team of staff support residents to continue pursuing their own interests, backed by individualised clinical care.

As one of our Registered Nurses, you'll be expected to lead small clinical teams that provide high standards of person-centered care to all our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to improve both their clinical and leadership skills.

 Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support small clinical teams in delivering exceptional care
  • Conduct clinical assessments and respond to changing health needs
  • Develop and evaluate care plans in consultation with residents and families
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure best-practice care
  • Ensure compliance with aged care and clinical standards

 What You’ll Need:

  • AHPRA Registration (essential)
  • Aged Care experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills
  • A passion for providing respectful, person-centred care
  • 2+ years' experience within Aged Care sector (essential)
