Juniper is actively recruiting a Physiotherapist to join their Community team in Northam on a part time basis!

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously, building strong relationships with clients, and making a meaningful impact in a regional community setting. You will provide evidence‑based physiotherapy services to clients in their home.

 The successful candidate will be required to work three days a week (22.5 hours).


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred physiotherapy assessment and treatment to clients across the Northam region.
  • Manage a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal, neurological, chronic disease management, falls prevention, and reablement programs.
  • Develop and implement goal‑focused treatment plans that support clients to remain independent and safe in their chosen environment.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members, GPs, allied health professionals, and support coordinators.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with organisational and professional standards.
  • Provide education to clients, families, carers, and support staff to optimise functional outcomes.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
  • Contribute to service growth and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in community, aged care, disability, or rehabilitation settings.
  • Valid WA driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the Northam region.
  • Along with other juniper standard checks
