About Us:

Juniper is a leading not-for-profit provider of aged care services, committed to supporting the changing needs of Western Australians. With a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centered care, Juniper is proud to offer services across residential aged care, community services, and retirement living.

About the role:

Juniper is seeking a passionate and driven Recruitment Advisor to join our growing team, delivering end-to-end recruitment services across our Home and Community Care portfolio, supporting both metropolitan and regional services across Western Australia.

Juniper Community plays a vital role in enabling older Western Australians to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. Due to continued growth and expansion, this role will join an established recruitment team of 7, supporting frontline and specialist recruitment that directly impacts community care delivery.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruitment role covering everything from job advertising and candidate screening through to interviews, offers, and onboarding support, operating under a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across Juniper’s Home and Community Care portfolio, supporting metro and regional services
  • Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce needs specific to community-based service delivery
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies for high-volume frontline roles as well as specialist and senior appointments
  • Implement targeted sourcing approaches across job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for skills, values, and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare and manage offers, and oversee pre-employment and compliance checks
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical community roles, including engagement with local and regional talent pools
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team, sharing insights and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven recruitment experience (4+ years), ideally within aged care, healthcare, disability, or community services
  • Experience recruiting for metro and/or regional workforces, including high-volume frontline roles
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of recruitment compliance, best practice, and workforce risk management
  • A genuine interest in community-based services and supporting people to live independently at home
  • Full working rights in Australia

What We Offer

  • Base salary of $90,000–$93,000 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience
  • Access to salary packaging of up to $18,550 per annum tax-free
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with the flexibility to work up to 3 days per week from home in some weeks, subject to operational requirements and desk availability
  • Flexible working arrangements to support work–life balance
  • The opportunity to join a well-established and supportive recruitment team of 7 within a growing organisation
  • Meaningful work recruiting roles that directly support people to live safely and independently in their own homes.
