About the role:

Juniper Korumup is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our supportive team in a Permanent Part-Time position working 3 days per week.

As a Physiotherapist at Juniper Korumup, you will work closely with residents, families and the broader care team to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services that enhance quality of life and support positive health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments, create personalized care plans, and implement effective strategies for your clients
  • Design individual and group exercise programs to keep clients motivated and engaged
  • Provide equipment assessments and recommendations to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure the best outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team and Therapy Assistants

Key Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning and service delivery
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Sound computer skills and experience maintaining accurate clinical records
