About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Data and Integrations Lead to join the ICT team at our Juniper Central site, located in Balcatta. This full- time role, based at our Balcatta office, offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design, development and optimisation of integration solutions across business-wide systems and applications.

Reporting to the ICT Director, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing Juniper’s enterprise data and integration landscape, ensuring that data is accessible, trusted, and optimised to support decision-making and operational effectiveness. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver robust, fit-for-purpose solutions, system enhancements and troubleshoot issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce data governance framework, policies, and standards.
  • Ensure enterprise data quality, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Develop integration architectural artefacts, such as architecture models, specifications, design patterns and data flow diagrams.
  • Liaise with project teams and developers to deliver fit for purpose solutions.
  • Develop data integration pipelines across different sources, systems and platforms, using various tools and technologies.
  • Designs and develops robust data models, supporting documentation and processes to meet BI requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any data issues or incidents.
  • Leading and manage agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree or post graduate qualification in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in data management, systems integration, database administration, or related roles.
  • Experience in Azure Integration Services, Azure Data Factory, KNIME or similar products.
  • Relevant certifications in data management and integration, such as Microsoft, Informatica, Talend or Snowflake.
  • In-depth understanding of systems integration practices (e.g., RESTful APIs, ETL, middleware platforms).
  • Extensive experience in data modelling, cleansing, and warehousing tools with expertise in statistical and data mining techniques.
  • Proficient in conducting complex requirements gathering, design workshops, and driving data literacy initiatives.
  • Excellent customer service attitude and enthusiasm for solving problems and creating technical solutions.
