To thrive in this position, you'll bring:

• Over a decade in senior people leadership roles in multifaceted organizations
• Post-graduate qualifications in HR/IR or related fields
• Mastery in workplace investigations, negotiations and conflict resolution
• A track record of advising leadership teams during times of transformation
• The ability to coach executives with compassion
• Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
• Fluency with HR systems and technology
