About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced People Systems Lead to drive the performance, integrity, and continuous improvement of our People systems landscape on a 12-month maximum term contract.

Based at our Central Head Office in Balcatta, and reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role is critical in ensuring our HRIS, workforce, and talent systems enable high-quality care delivery, strong compliance, and data-driven workforce decisions.

You will play a key leadership role in implementing a new HRIS, while overseeing system optimisation, data governance, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize People systems (HRIS, workforce management, talent and learning platforms)
  • Drive HRIS implementation, including design, testing, data migration and rollout
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and reporting accuracy across systems
  • Develop workforce dashboards and data-driven insights to support decision-making
  • Partner with HR, ICT, Finance and Operations to improve system capability
  • Mentor and support People Systems Analysts
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual work
  • Lead system-related change management and user adoption initiatives

About You:

You are a systems-focused leader who thrives on improving processes, solving complex problems, and enabling better workforce outcomes.

You will bring:

  • 5–7 years’ experience in HR systems, HRIS or business systems environments
  • Relevant qualification in Business Systems, HR or similar
  • Proven experience delivering a HRIS implementation or major system project
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Humanforce, Chris21 or similar)
  • Advanced analytical capability (Power BI, Excel, SQL highly regarded)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience mentoring or leading team members
  • Understanding of compliance and data governance in a regulated environment (aged care, healthcare or similar)
