About the role and where you will be working:

Our residential care team at Juniper Esperance are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to coordinate and lead the delivery of client-focused care on a permanent full-time basis.

Located close to the Esperance Health Care Campus, Juniper Esperance is a central part of this coastal town, enabling older people to stay close to their family, friends and community. Connections with local community groups benefit customers and make up an important part of the home.

With 104 single rooms, the home is just three blocks back from The Esplanade in a pleasant garden setting. A compassionate and respectful team of staff support residents to continue pursuing their own interests, backed by individualised clinical care.

As one of our Registered Nurses, you'll be expected to lead small clinical teams that provide high standards of person-centered care to all our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to improve both their clinical and leadership skills. 

This is a permanent full-time position working a rotating roster across morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Flexibility to work all shift types is essential.

 Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support small clinical teams in delivering exceptional care
  • Conduct clinical assessments and respond to changing health needs
  • Develop and evaluate care plans in consultation with residents and families
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure best-practice care
  • Ensure compliance with aged care and clinical standards

 What You’ll Need:

  • AHPRA Registration (essential)
  • Aged Care experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills
  • A passion for providing respectful, person-centred care
