About the Role:

Juniper is seeking a passionate and driven Recruitment Advisor to join our Juniper Central team in Balcatta on a 12-month maximum-term parental leave contract. The position will lead recruitment across regional and remote WA, building strong teams in some of our most challenging locations.

Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll understand workforce needs and develop proactive, targeted strategies to attract talent for hard-to-fill roles. This will include supporting relocation, accommodation and approved sponsorship pathways where applicable, while delivering a smooth end-to-end recruitment experience.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across Juniper’s regional and remote residential aged care sites, recruiting for roles from entry-level through to senior positions.
• Partner with operational leaders across multiple regional and remote locations to understand workforce needs, manage expectations and respond to urgent recruitment priorities.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies for regional and remote locations, proactively attracting and sourcing candidates while navigating the unique challenges of relocation, accommodation, local talent networks and approved sponsorship pathways where applicable.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and local networks to support the attraction and retention of talent in regional and remote communities.
• Review applications, coordinate interviews and assess candidates against the skills, experience, values and behaviours required to deliver individual, safe, connected and effective care.
• Prepare and manage job offers and oversee pre-employment checks to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with Juniper policies, Fair Work requirements and relevant industry standards.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear, timely and consistent communication throughout the recruitment journey.

 Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven recruitment experience, with experience in regional, aged care, healthcare or sponsorship recruitment highly regarded.
• End-to-end recruitment capability, proactive sourcing and experience managing hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously such as accommodation and relocation arrangements.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance, best practices, and relevant industry regulations.
• A genuine commitment to creating positive, respectful and consistent experiences for candidates and the residents that we care for.
• A passion for regional-focused recruitment, with the ability to understand the unique needs of the sector and the people we serve.

 What We Offer:

• A competitive starting salary from $90,614.25 + superannuation, with final salary dependent on skills and experience.
• A hybrid working arrangement, with the opportunity to work from home two days per week.
