About the role:
We are seeking a People Services Administrator to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of efficient and effective people services across Juniper. You will provide high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle, helping to ensure our people processes run smoothly and deliver a positive experience for employees and leaders alike.
About the role:
- Providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, contract changes and offboarding.
- Preparing employment contracts, correspondence and People & Culture documentation.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity within HR systems.
- Supporting recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination and candidate communication.
- Assisting with employee compliance requirements, including qualifications, police clearances and work rights documentation.
- Responding to employee and manager enquiries and escalating matters as appropriate.
- Preparing reports, letters and other documentation to support People & Culture operations.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting projects across the People & Culture team.
About you:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within Human Resources, People & Culture or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer service mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Experience using HR, payroll or recruitment systems would be highly regarded.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A proactive approach, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
