About the Role:

Juniper is seeking caring and reliable Community Support Workers to join our Home and Community Care team in Perth’s South Metropolitan region.

In this role, you will support older Western Australians to remain living independently in their own homes, assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and social support. You will play an important role in helping customers maintain their independence, wellbeing, and connection to their community.

Positions Available:

  • We currently have a 30 hour per week permanent part time position available; the successful candidate must be available to work Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care including showering, dressing and continence support
  • Assist customers with activities of daily living
  • Support customers with medication administration (training provided)
  • Assist with domestic tasks, including meal preparation and household support
  • Provide social support, including transport to appointments or shopping
  • Follow and document care in accordance with individual care plans

Key Requirements:

  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Previous experience providing personal care in aged care or community care
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team
  • A genuine commitment to supporting older people to live independently
  • Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care
  • Dementia care experience
  • Current First Aid Certificate
