About the Role:

Juniper is seeking a permanent full‑time Risk and Assurance Advisor to enhance and strengthen our organisation’s approach to risk management and assurance.

If you thrive on partnering with stakeholders, improving systems and processes, and supporting teams to take practical, informed approaches to managing risk, this role could be an excellent fit. Working closely with the Governance team, you will contribute to the ongoing development and effective implementation of Juniper’s risk and assurance framework.

This is a unique opportunity to work across a diverse organisation, supporting leaders to identify, assess and manage risk, while fostering a culture of informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the enterprise risk management framework
  • Facilitate risk assessments and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date risk registers
  • Contribute to monitoring key risk indicators and prepare reporting and insights for governance bodies
  • Support the operation and continuous improvement of the incident management framework
  • Conduct in-house internal audits and assist with coordinating and following up on audit activities
  • Partner with leaders across Juniper to build risk management capability

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in risk management, business, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in risk management, internal audit, governance, compliance, or assurance
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building and influencing capabilities across all organisational levels
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and insightful reports
