About the Role

Juniper is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated night shift team at Hillcrest Aged Care Facility. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a calm, focused overnight environment and is committed to delivering exceptional care to older adults.

Scheduled Night Shifts: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday | 10:15 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive clinical care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the night
• Assess residents’ health status and collaborate with allied health professionals to develop and update care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines and Juniper policies
• Respond promptly to changes in residents’ conditions and initiate appropriate interventions
• Supervise and mentor care staff, fostering a supportive and professional team culture
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with AN-ACC assessment requirements
• Support continuity of care by communicating effectively with day staff and management

Key Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead and support a team during overnight shifts
• Familiarity with AN-ACC processes and aged care standards
• Flexibility to cover unplanned leave when required
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of older Australians

What’s on offer:

• Attractive hourly rates dependant on experience between $46.18-$57.98 per hour
• Additional Penalty rates applied for night shifts and weekends.
