About the Role:

We are seeking four (4) motivated, reliable, and detail-focused P&C Office Juniors to join our People & Culture team on a short-term casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on administrative experience in a supportive, professional HR environment.

In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring our employee records are accurate and well-organized. Your responsibilities include scanning, labelling, and electronically filing confidential HR documents while maintaining a high level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process HR documentation across multiple Perth office locations (pool car provided).
  • Scan, label and electronically file employee and HR-related documents with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion at all times.
  • Follow clear instructions, apply sound judgement, and complete administrative tasks methodically.
  • Use office equipment such as scanners, photocopiers and printers.
  • Provide general administrative support as required to the People & Culture team.

Key Requirements:

  • Current valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites (pool car provided).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow instructions.
  • Demonstrated reliability, organisation, and a methodical approach to repetitive tasks.
  • Interest in developing administration skills and gaining hands-on experience within HR
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, data security, and professional conduct.
  • Basic computer skills, including:
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Adobe PDF
  • File Explorer
  • No prior experience required, full training provided.
