The Opportunity:
Looking for a role where you can make a real impact - without a long-term commitment? Junction is offering a fixed-term opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Officer to join our Property Services team and help ensure our homes remain safe, functional, and welcoming. This opportunity is perfect for someone seeking meaningful work in a supportive environment, whether you're between roles, returning to the workforce, or simply looking for a fresh challenge.
Based at our Tonsley office, you will be at the heart of our maintenance operations - coordinating repairs, liaising with contractors, and ensuring compliance with our high standards. Your ability to manage competing priorities, respond swiftly to maintenance requests, and communicate effectively with people from all walks of life will be key to your success.
This is a chance to step into a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. From urgent repair requests to invoice processing and contractor compliance, your work will directly impact the quality of life for our tenants, where you will see the results of your efforts every day.
Join a passionate team that values your contribution and is committed to building strong, sustainable communities - one well-maintained home at a time. If you're ready to bring your skills to a role with purpose, flexibility, and variety, we’d love to hear from you.
