About the Role

The Mentor – Jobedge proactively engages job seekers and places them into sustainable employment. Responsible for achieving outcomes by motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment. The Mentor will also tailor their services for individual needs so that jobseekers are supported and able to progress towards the labour market to gain and keep meaningful employment.
