What You'll Bring

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and meaningful business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, investigate root causes and deliver practical solutions.
• A proven ability to deliver high-quality outputs, with strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy, reliability and business value.
• Advanced Power BI capabilities, including DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with data migration, integration and transformation activities.
• Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI reporting solutions.

Qualifications / Certifications & Experience

• Demonstrated experience delivering reporting, analytics and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience in utilities, gas and electricity operations, including field operations, or similar operational environments is advantageous.
• Experience with Databricks or other modern data platforms is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP ERP and SAP BW is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects is advantageous.
• Exposure to supply chain, planning, logistics or operational environments.
