Corporate Finance Manager

Overview of our role

Join a high-impact Corporate Finance team and help drive long-term business success through strategic planning, financial modelling, investment analysis, and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and enhance the Corporate Financial Model, supporting planning, budgeting and impairment processes.
• Build and review financial models for acquisitions, investments and greenfield opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to shape long-term financial strategy and business performance.
• Support annual budgeting, target setting and strategic planning activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Business Development, Strategy, Shareholders and Finance.
• Develop insightful analytics and models that inform key business decisions.
• Provide technical accounting expertise and financial analysis across strategic projects.
• Champion improved tools, systems and reporting to strengthen business insights.
• Coach and develop emerging talent within the team.
• Support Treasury, Tax, Insurance and Investment functions on capital, risk and performance initiatives.
• Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement opportunities across Corporate Finance.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance; CA, CPA or CFA preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience in corporate finance, financial analysis or modelling.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills (VBA desirable).
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
