We're currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep SAP expertise and Lead experience, to join our Digital team. If you enjoy solving complex problems, leading talented Business Analysts, working collaboratively across diverse teams, and shaping solutions that have real business and customer impact — this could be the perfect opportunity.
In this key role, you’ll take the lead in translating business needs into meaningful digital solutions as we migrate from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. You’ll guide stakeholders through uncertainty, uncover new opportunities, and ensure that projects deliver value and clarity.
You’ll also:
- Partner with business and Digital teams to uncover and shape high-level requirements
- Facilitate discovery workshops to understand end-user needs and customer journeys
- Lead early-stage conversations to define scope, risks, and competing priorities
- Advocate for user-friendly and consistent design across systems and processes
- Champion digital-led innovation and continuous improvement
- Step into project delivery phases to support detailed analysis and implementation
A little about you
- Extensive experience as a Lead or Principal Business Analyst in large-scale tech/digital programs
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations
- Broad experience across Digital disciplines (architecture, delivery, testing, support)
- A working knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Waterfall delivery models
- Experience shaping and prioritising requirements with senior stakeholders
- Confidence leading small discovery teams and translating needs into user stories and epics
- Strong skills in risk analysis, solution design, and stakeholder engagement
- A collaborative approach and a natural ability to bring people together
Qualifications / certifications & Skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in I.T, Business, Commerce or a related discipline required
- Familiarity with company structure and operations in one or more of the following areas, customer innovation, utility metering and revenue, asset management and construction
- Knowledge of tools and techniques for key Business Analysis functions such as process mapping, requirements documentation, benefits elicitation and tracking
