About the role
We’re seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking HSE Business Partner to join our team and help elevate safety across our corporate functions. This role is pivotal in driving a proactive safety culture by partnering with diverse business units—including digital, finance, procurement, legal, and property—to identify, assess, and manage safety risks.
You’ll be working closely with teams to embed safety into everyday operations, lead audits and risk assessments, and support the integration of safety systems and processes. This is a unique opportunity to bring fresh thinking into a well-established space, helping shape how safety is understood and applied across the organisation.
About You
You’re a natural collaborator with a strong background in risk and safety management, and you thrive in environments where you can influence and drive change. You’re confident engaging in complex conversations and working across multiple stakeholder groups to bring safety risks to light and make them tangible.
You bring:
- Proven experience in business partnering across corporate or operational functions
- Strong understanding of risk management, safety systems, and audit processes
- Ability to work across diverse teams and build trusted relationships
- A strategic mindset with a holistic view of safety
- Experience in utilities or network industries is a plus, but not essential
- A flexible, open approach to learning and adapting in a changing environment
