Overview of our role

We’re committed to delivering energy with care – and that starts with our people. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Training Coordinator to help drive capability and compliance across our operations.

In this rewarding role, you’ll provide essential training support services – developing, coordinating, and rolling out our annual training plan. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our people have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to do their best work safely and successfully. From scheduling sessions to aligning with policies and legislation, you’ll keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

A little about you

  • Demonstrated record of planning and implementing training schedules to achieve business unit and organisational objectives
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and time manage efficiently, and ability to input records into a data base accurately
  • High degree of customer service experience and high level interpersonal skills, customer service
  • Integrity and ethical standards along with self-motivation and efficient when working independently
  • Proven ability to work in a team to achieve business outcomes and ability to apply attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a LMS

Qualifications / certifications & Skills

  • Proven skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SAP
  • Knowledge of the AQF and National Training Packages
  • Understanding of relevant industry training requirements
  • Understanding of relevant legislation as it applies to safety and training
