This exciting new opportunity will see you play a key role in supporting the goals of our Customer & Energy Solutions product line — helping keep our platforms and systems running safely, reliably, and with care. You’ll work in alignment with our business model, ensuring we continue to deliver on our service commitments and make a real difference for our customers.

As part of our Customer Solutions value stream team, you’ll help shape and nurture a modern technology stack built on SAP C4C and CDC, recently upgraded as part of our CX uplift transformation program. Together, these platforms bring to life a 360° view of our customers, helping us create simple, seamless experiences that evolve with their needs — and strengthen operational efficiency across Jemena’s Gas and Electricity distribution networks.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, applying agile ways of working to deliver meaningful outcomes where they matter most. You’ll also play an active part in our culture of continuous improvement — measuring progress, reducing cycle times, and finding smarter ways to work.

A little about you

  • 3+ years’ experience shaping SAP Service & Sales Cloud (C4C) solutions.
  • Hands-on in designing, testing, and delivering customer-first SAP experiences.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to co-create impactful solutions.
  • Confident in user management and solving integration challenges.
  • Build trusted relationships and translate business needs into smart solutions.
  • Extend and enhance architecture with creative customisations.

Qualifications / certifications & Skills

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or IT (or equivalent experience) valued.
  • Experience in the utilities industry highly regarded.
  • Confident ensuring solutions align with Jemena’s architecture principles.
  • Proven success in CRM project delivery and ongoing support.
  • Skilled in SAP C4C configurations, workflows, and customer service processes.
  • Familiar with integrations across ECC/S4HANA, CDC, and third-party platforms.
