About the role

Are you ready to lead a high-impact property function and drive strategic transformation across a dynamic organisation?

As Group Manager Property, you’ll be a key member of the Procurement, Property & Fleet leadership team, partnering with the Digital team to position Property as a competitive advantage. You’ll lead Property Asset Management and Facilities teams to deliver enterprise-wide strategies, optimise assets, and ensure safe, reliable operations.

This role is all about driving commercial outcomes, supplier relationships, and contract performance—while enabling innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll oversee the full procurement lifecycle, from strategic sourcing to supplier management, and play a critical role in shaping the future of our property function.

About you

You’re a strategic thinker and proven leader with:

  • Significant senior management experience in procurement, commercial, property or corporate services
  • Expertise in contract negotiation, supplier performance, and financial management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • The relevant tertiary qualification in legal, commercial or related discipline
  • A deep understanding of the energy market and organisational behaviour
  • A passion for driving performance, innovation and sustainable outcomes
