About the role
In this newly created role, as Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing a strategic roadmap that aligns with the Corporate functions and Procurement Property and Fleet business functions’ strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include;
- Design, develop, configure and test solutions for solving operations issues, enhancements, and incident response challenges, providing business and project support
- Work with the business and external vendors to direct and develop effective and efficient system solutions for business requirements, while maximising the benefits of Jemena eco-systems
- Design and document business requirements, functional design documents and business cases for proposed work as and when needed, ensuring best practice design and consulting on options for business consideration
- Review, refine and assess enhancement backlogs. Proactively identify business process improvements
- Contribute to the successful execution of initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to support implementation and benefits realisation
About You
To be successful in this, you will demonstrate some experience as a Business Analyst in a Digital/Technology environment, with a strong understanding of SAP, modern digital solutions, and business process optimisation, along with;
- Proven experience working with modern digital solutions, including cloud platforms, AI-driven applications, automation tools, and system integrations
- Strong ability to assess business needs and translate them into digital initiatives that enhance efficiency and drive growth
- Previous experience leading collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
