About the role
We’re seeking an experienced, proactive Learning Coordinator to join our specialised power technical training team in Rowville / Keysborough, VIC.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where accuracy, follow-through and sound judgement are essential. You’ll help keep our field workforce trained, authorised and compliant while often working to tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
As a key contact for internal stakeholders, you’ll balance customer service with compliance, staying calm, professional and solutions focused. You’ll be supported by an experienced team, clear processes and established systems, but confidence, resilience and attention to detail are key.
Key Responsibilities include
- Schedule mandatory annual, ad hoc, and non-routine technical training
- Provide advice on training and compliance requirements
- Monitor and report on training, licences, and authorisations to ensure currency
- Maintain accurate training records, systems, and documentation
- Manage training calendars, purchase orders, and invoices
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and training providers

About You
You’re someone who enjoys structured problem‑solving, variety in your day and the satisfaction of keeping complex things running smoothly. You will bring:
- Experience in a busy scheduling, coordination or administrative role where priorities shift regularly.
- The ability to learn, retain and apply complex information accurately
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine appreciation for compliance‑driven work
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to think on your feet when plans change
- Strong customer service skills and confidence dealing with people from all backgrounds and levels
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Outlook calendars and Excel (including formulas, pivot tables and reporting)
- Experience in the VESI industry and systems such as SuccessFactors and Pegasus will be highly regarded
