Overview of our role
We’re looking for a curious and values‑driven Field Service Applications Analyst to join us on an exciting transformation journey. In this role, you’ll help uplift and stabilise our field service applications while shaping how they transition into strong, sustainable day‑to‑day operations.
You’ll work closely with vendors, architects and operational teams to improve system reliability, data quality and integrations—making a real difference to how our field teams work every day. Once the project phase wraps up, you’ll step into a trusted BAU role, owning application support, guiding change, and continually looking for ways to improve how we do things.
This role suits someone who enjoys combining technical know‑how with collaboration, clear communication and personal ownership. Experience with FSM platforms such as IFS, Salesforce Field Service or ServiceNow is highly regarded.
Based in Victoria, you’ll regularly connect with depots and field teams, supporting implementation, learning and ongoing success.

A little about you
- A confident first point of contact for application support, calmly troubleshooting issues and guiding them through to resolution
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, including configuration, light administration and on‑site development support
- A natural problem‑solver who monitors performance and manages incidents to keep systems running smoothly
- Strong at building trusted relationships, bringing people together to clarify needs and align expectations
- Clear, warm communicator across both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Experienced in UAT, end‑user training and continuous improvement, helping teams adopt new tools with ease
Qualifications / certifications & Skills
- A solid foundation in IT or a related field, with several years’ experience supporting and improving business applications
- Hands‑on experience with FSM platforms such as IFS, Salesforce Field Service or ServiceNow (highly regarded)
- Comfortable working with cloud systems, integrations and light development (APIs, JavaScript, .NET)
- Strong understanding of application lifecycles, ITIL practices and modern digital environments
- Naturally analytical, with a thoughtful approach to problem‑solving and clear documentation
- Experienced across Agile and Waterfall ways of working, with a genuine passion for continuous improvement
