About the role

This position holds accountability for overseeing critical functions including architecture, business analysis, delivery practice management, project management office (PMO), quality engineering (testing), and technology business management.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring successful Price-Reset digital submissions and achieving milestones to secure favourable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for architecture, business analysis, delivery practice management, PMO, quality engineering, and technology business management.
  • Drive strategic planning and architecture initiatives to support business objectives and enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Oversee the Price-Reset digital submission process, ensuring compliance with regulations and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align architecture and planning activities with business needs and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of architecture and planning projects, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

About You

  • Proven experience in leadership roles overseeing architecture, planning, and delivery functions within a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis, project management, quality engineering, and technology management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans to support organizational objectives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
