About the role

The Business Performance Manager – Corporate will use their knowledge of financial analysis processes to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders with the core objective of ensuring the Group meets our Financial and Strategic imperatives. The role will be expected to drive collaboration and share ideas across the various areas of the organisation. 

About You

To ensure you are set up for success in this pivotal role, you will bring significant Business Partnering experience working with Executive General Managers and General Managers particularly within a Corporate setting, along with:

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement experience
  • The ability to use insights and analytics to assist with decision making
  • Experience in leading a high performing team
  • Strong Budget and Planning skills
  • Experience in improving and driving a cost allocation methodology
