About the role

As the Claim & Customer Relations Officer you will manage the end-to-end claims process associated with maintenance delivery in addition to performing other administration functions to assist the Planning and Performance Team. You will ensure critical administration services are completed effectively and efficiently to support the achievement of business unit outcomes.

Additionally, you will act as the escalation point of contact for United Energy customers regarding complaints, enquires, issues and compliments relating to services provided by Zinfra field and technical crews.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction/power or infrastructure industry along with;

·        Strong communications and relationship building skills

·        Proven experience handling difficult situations

·        Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel

·        Previous SAP experience desired but not require

·        Trade / Engineering Qualifications (desirable)
