About the role

You will be empowered to drive continuous design, develop and support all market and corporate functions through technical support, maintenance and continuous improvement. As an Integration Engineer, you will perform project and product line initiatives delivery, operational support and system enhancements. There is a rotational 24x7 on-call support component to this role.

Key responsibilities include:

·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and design scalable, efficient solutions.

·  Implement and optimize AWS cloud-based solutions for integration, leveraging services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, etc.

·  Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools like Gitlab, Jenkins

·  Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of integration solutions by implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.

·  Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.

·  Continuously improve integration processes and tools by staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

·  Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure integration solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and security standards.

·  Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development.

A little about you:

Ideally, you will possess strong understanding of integration principles, AWS technologies, and automation tools to drive efficiency and reliability in our systems. You will have a considerable amount of system support and maintenance experience along with strong people leadership and customer service delivery experience.

You’ll have a background in problem solving, troubleshooting, facilitating and communicating with stakeholders and various levels.

 You will also bring with you:

  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration & secret management, infrastructure as code (IaC)
  • Integration Best Practices, application architecture
  • Integration tools e.g. webMethods, SAP Cloud Integration Suite, Control-M
  • Hybrid integration solutions (i.e. iPaaS vs Cloud vs. On-Premise)
  • SDLC in the context of agile delivery and ITIL processes (service operations)
  • Technology trends (e.g. Kafka, IoT, RPA, APIs, Data Analytics)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
