An overview of our role:

Working under the direction of the Senior International Communications Advisor, the Communications and Marketing Advisor will develop and deliver communications products, advice, and support to raise the profile of the Zinfra brand and drive connections with clients, prospective employees and the communities we operate in. On a day to day bases the role will be responsible for:

  • Marketing and Media Delivery: supporting the delivery of the Zinfra media and marketing strategy
  • Content development: developing and delivering communications materials and products such as articles, videos, social media campaigns etc
  • Marketing Activation : supporting the delivery of external events, trade shows, sponsorships and the Corporate Social Responsibility program/activities for Zinfra.  
  • Stakeholder management: partnering with teams members as required, to develop, deliver, and evaluate communications plans which use communications approaches to solve business problems. 
  • Channel management: management of key external communication channels such as the website and social media channels

Additionally, the Communications and Marketing Advisor will offer occasional support to the broader Group Communications team across internal and external channels. A little about you:

The ideal candidate for this role possesses tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, media, PR, or a related field. They bring with them a wealth of experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating communications plans and strategies. With a knack for business partnering, they have demonstrated their ability to provide communications advice and support to a diverse array of stakeholders. In addition, they have a proven track record in content development and are adept at delivering marketing and media strategies. Proficiency in utilising tools such as Hootsuite, various social media platforms, and CMS is essential. Moreover, they are skilled in graphic design and editing software like Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, and other relevant software solutions.
