We’re looking for a Client Services Manager – Pipelines who brings both commercial insight and a genuine passion for building relationships, solving meaningful challenges, and making an impact. In this role, you’ll work at the heart of our business — connecting customers, strategy, operations and regulation to support the reliable and sustainable delivery of critical energy infrastructure.

About the Role
This is a high-impact opportunity where your work directly supports essential infrastructure and Australia’s transition to a lower-carbon future.
You will:
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with key customers, acting as their advocate within the business
- Lead account management activities across major pipeline assets
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements across their full lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver strong customer and commercial outcomes
- Contribute to future-focused initiatives, including renewable gas and decarbonisation opportunities
- Work within a regulated environment where sound judgement, integrity and thoughtful decision-making are key

About You
You’re curious, thoughtful and commercially minded, with a natural ability to connect with people and influence outcomes. You enjoy working collaboratively, are comfortable navigating ambiguity, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who bring:
- Experience in commercial roles within gas, energy or infrastructure (midstream or upstream experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
- Experience in contract negotiation, commercial analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and customers
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
- A high level of attention to detail, particularly when working with contracts, financials or technical documentation
- Sound financial acumen and an understanding of broader business drivers
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a balanced, organised approach
A degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering or a related discipline will set you up well in this role.
