Overview of our role

Build and enhance ServiceNow solutions that make it easier for teams across the organisation to access, manage and deliver services. Working closely with platform specialists, administrators and business stakeholders, you'll develop, configure and support scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform, contributing to automation, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll play an important role in maintaining a secure, reliable and sustainable platform that delivers real business value.

What You'll Bring

•  Experience developing, configuring and supporting ServiceNow solutions within an enterprise environment.
• Strong capability across ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, CMDB, workflows and automation.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements and user stories into effective technical solutions.
• Experience building and supporting integrations using APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and related technologies.
• Skilled in delivering solutions through development, testing, release and deployment lifecycles.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills across business and technology teams.

Qualifications / Certifications & Experience

• Working knowledge of ServiceNow development, configuration and customisation practices.
• Experience with scripting, Flow Designer, APIs, IntegrationHub and ServiceNow integrations.
• Understanding of SDLC, testing, release management and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, CMDB and related applications.
• Familiarity with application support, troubleshooting, performance optimisation and Agile delivery practices.
• ServiceNow CAD and CSA certified, with ITIL Foundation and relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
