About the Role
Join us in a pivotal Executive Assistant role supporting two senior leaders across our Gas Markets team.
This is more than diary management — you’ll be a trusted partner, helping drive team rhythm, coordinate internal and external events, and contribute to business success.
What you’ll do:
- Support the Executive General Manager, Gas Markets and General Manager Pipelines
- Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and deliver internal team events and external customer functions
- Prepare business updates and communications on behalf of the gas markets leadership team to keep the business unit informed
- Prepare agendas, track actions, and follow up for leadership meetings
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support procurement activities via SAP
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Proven EA experience supporting senior leaders in large organisations
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience planning corporate events and customer functions
- High digital literacy (Microsoft 365, SAP)
- Proactive mindset — you anticipate needs and take initiative
- Professional, discreet, and confident in handling sensitive matters
This hybrid role’s core office days are Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every second Monday.
