Overview of our role

We have a great opportunity for an up and coming skilled HR Analyst to join our People & Safety team on a 15-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will support reporting and analytics needs across People & Safety. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, reporting to the Group Manager, Reward and Systems.

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating and maintaining easy-to-use self-service reports for People and Safety data, helping the business make informed decisions.
  • Designing and supporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Success Factors Report Centre, SQL, and PBI dashboards.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to provide clear analysis that supports decision-making.
  • Supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, engaging stakeholders, and implementing solutions that enhance user experience and efficiency.

About you

  • Skilled with Power BI and Excel, and SuccessFactors Report Centre.
  • Experience in a similar role as a HR Analyst, confident with HR related data.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and organising your work to meet deadlines.
  • Enjoy working independently while also contributing to a team environment.
