Role Overview:

We’re inviting expressions of interest for the role of Corporate Procurement Manager – a meaningful opportunity for someone who enjoys strategic thinking, leading others, and delivering value across a diverse range of services. This opportunity can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

In this role, you’ll guide a team of procurement professionals and partner closely with leaders across the business to shape and deliver sourcing strategies for Corporate Services. Your expertise will help support business goals, build strong supplier relationships, and continuously improve how we work together. Implement both short and long term procurement strategies through engaging various internal and external stakeholders to improve the enterprise procurement service offering. 

You’ll lead the full end-to-end procurement lifecycle – from shaping sourcing strategies and supplier partnerships, to managing contract lifecycles and overseeing the Corporate Services portfolio.

Experience you will bring to the role:

  • Strong experience in procurement, including sourcing, supplier relationships, vendor management, and category planning
  • Demostrate highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in contract negotiation, implementation, and engaging a broad range of stakeholders
  • Confident in managing supplier performance and applying strategic procurement approaches
  • Proven ability to lead and support a high-performing team to deliver meaningful outcomes
  • Strong capability in strategic thinking, planning, and working with financial data
  • Desired: Experience with procurement tools such as SAP, BI Reporting, eProcure, and ECMS

Qualifications & skills:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a Procurement, Supply Chain, Business related discipline or relevant field.
  • Outstanding influencing skills with evidence of leading significant commercial negotiations. 
  • Demonstrated skills in strategic thinking and planning integrating complex concepts
  • Discipline in executing defined business processes.
  • Strong customer focus, with advanced conflict resolution skills.
  • The ability to think analytically, and work with innovation.
  • Strong understanding of individual behaviours
