Overview of our role
Step into a dynamic and supportive role where you’ll bring organisation, care, and precision to the heart of the Lands team. As the Lands Contract Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in keeping everything running smoothly—providing thoughtful administrative and contract support that helps the team achieve its goals and drive broader success.
You’ll take ownership of coordinating key activities, from managing data and documentation to supporting land tenure negotiations across major assets. With your strong attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities, you’ll confidently navigate a fast-paced environment while ensuring everything is delivered accurately and on time.
In this role, you’ll help bring important land agreements to life—including easements, leases, licences, and development applications—while maintaining well-organised systems and records. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement, supporting the team with insights, collaboration, and a commitment to high-quality outcomes aligned with Jemena’s values.

A little about you
- Experience in legal or administrative support (documents, systems, data)
- Strong coordination across meetings, workshops, and correspondence
- Proven ability to support a fast-paced team and collaborate effectively across functions
- Experience delivering administrative projects within defined timeframes
- Strong relationship-building skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Experience in utilities, energy, or infrastructure sectors is advantageous
Qualifications / certifications & Skills
- Cert IV+ in Administration, Legal Administration, or similar (preferred)
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP experience
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of administrative processes and file management
