Overview of our role

As the HR Systems & Process Improvement Business Analyst, you will be empowered to plays a critical role in supporting HR systems and process enhancements across the group. You will support and help drive automation, manage key initiatives, and champions continuous improvement.

With a strong focus on user experience (UX/UI) and Human-Centered Design (HCD), your role as the Business Analyst ensures that HR solutions are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

You will support and have coverage across ServiceNow, MS Forms, SharePoint and ECMS and plays a key role in a number of HR cyclical activities and cross functional key projects. 

HR Systems & Process Support

  • Analyse and document current HR processes and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to implement system changes and enhancements.

Project & Initiative Management

  • Lead and support HR-related projects and initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Develop business cases, requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

UX/UI & Human-Centered Design

  • Apply HCD principles to design user-friendly HR solutions.
  • Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance user interfaces.

Technology & Automation

  • Support the development and deployment of automation tools using platforms like Power Apps and ServiceNow.
  • Work with IT and vendors to ensure technical feasibility and integration.
  • Maintain documentation and provide training/support to end users.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.

A little about you

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in HR or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and data.
  • Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design and Human-Centered Design (HCD).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Apps (highly desirable).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work collaboratively across teams. 

Qualifications / certifications & Skills

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, HR, IT, or a related field.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, BABOK) is advantageous.
  • Training or certification in UX/UI or HCD is highly regarded.
