An overview of our role:

Are you a seasoned finance professional seeking an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact? We're seeking to hire an experienced professional to fill a pivotal role as Finance Manager in our Services and Projects market, formerly known as Zinfra.

Based across two main sites (Keysborough and Glen Waverley), the Finance Manager will use their commercial finance experience in order to support the delivery of our financial objectives. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our operational team on our critical Victorian network service contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Ensure accuracy and completeness of month-end reporting, forecasting, and budgeting deliverables for the contract.
  • Analytical Insight: Conduct in-depth review and analysis of financial results, enhancing metrics measuring revenue and cost drivers.
  • Operational Collaboration: Engage with Operations Managers to provide timely, cost-effective support and insightful business analysis.
  • Strategic Financial Management: Drive contract margin improvement, cost control and business improvement initiatives,.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee finance team deliverables, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

About you:

  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated success in business partnering and financial management, with a focus on driving performance.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills that addresses root-causes and translates into actionable insights.
  • Strategic Vision: Forward-thinking approach with a focus on continuous improvement and adding value to organisational processes.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and driving outcomes.
  • Qualifications: Relevant Financial or Accounting degree, plus CPA or CA accreditation
